There are some great games to look forward to in the English Premier League this weekend.
Here’s a brief preview of all ten EPL fixtures over the coming days.
Liverpool v Newcastle United
Key men: Sadio Mane (Liverpool); Fabian Schar (Newcastle)
Prediction: Liverpool 3 – 0 Newcastle United
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool should make it five wins from five in the Premier League this season. Steve Bruce and his Newcastle time could be in for a tough afternoon at Anfield.
Manchester United v Leicester City
Key men: Daniel James (Manchester United); Jamie Vardy (Leicester)
Prediction: Manchester United 1 – 2 Leicester City
A surprise home defeat could be in store for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s struggling Red Devils. Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester side has started the season well with Jamie Vardy in particularly good form.
Brighton v Burnley
Key men: Neal Maupay (Brighton); Ashley Barnes (Burnley)
Prediction: Brighton 1 – 2 Burnley
Sean Dyche’s Burnley could take all three points from this fixture. Brighton have only won one of their previous thirteen league games.
Sheffield United v Southampton
Key men: Enda Stevens (Sheffield United); Danny Ings (Southampton)
Prediction: Sheffield United 2 – 2 Southampton
A score draw is likely in this one with both sides still finding their feet this season.
Tottenham Hotspur v Crystal Palace
Key men: Harry Kane (Spurs); Zaha (Crystal Palace)
Prediction: Spurs 2 – 1 Crystal Palace
Spurs should have enough to pick up all three points at home to Palace, despite Roy Hodgson’s side’s positive start to the league campaign so far.
Wolves v Chelsea
Key men: Ruben Neves (Wolves); Mason Mount (Chelsea)
Prediction: Wolves 1 – 1 Chelsea
Frank Lampard and his team will do well to take even a draw from Molineux on Saturday.
Norwich City v Manchester City
Key men: Teemu Pukki (Norwich City); Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City)
Prediction: Norwich City 1 – 4 Manchester City
Another high-scoring City win is on the cards at Carrow Road on Saturday evening. Pep Guardiola’s team has been in fine form with Sergio Aguero banging in six league goals already.
Bournemouth v Everton
Key men: Harry Wilson (Bournemouth); Richarlison (Everton)
Prediction: Bournemouth 2 – 2 Everton
Too close to call at the Vitality Stadium on Sunday.
Watford v Arsenal
Key men: Gerard Deulofeu (Watford), Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Arsenal)
Prediction: Watford 1 – 2 Arsenal
Watford start life without Javi Gracia this weekend with former boss Quique Sanchez Flores returning to take charge at Vicarage Road.
Aston Villa v West Ham United
Key men: John McGinn (Aston Villa); Felipe Anderson (West Ham United)
Prediction: Aston Villa 1 – 1 West Ham United
Dean Smith’s Villa side could win this won but I think West Ham will manage to take at least a point from Villa Park.
