After this week’s midweek fixtures, La Liga returns at the weekend with a full schedule of games. All 20 of Spain’s top-tier teams are in action on Saturday and Sunday.

Goalkeeper – Norberto Neto (Valencia) – 7.0 million
Valencia travel to play lowly Rayo Vallecano on Saturday evening. It’s a good chance for a clean sheet for the away side. Neto has 7 points this season.
Defender – Daniel Carrico (Sevilla) – 4.5 million
Sevilla are away to Real Valladolid as they look to keep their quest for a place in the top four alive. Carrico is a great bargain at just 4.5 million. He has 21 points this season.
Defender – Tono (Levante) – 4.5 million
Levante are at home to bottom-club Huesca and will be hoping for the win and a clean sheet to go along with it. Tono is another budget option at 4.5 million. He has 26 points this season.
Defender – Jose Gaya (Valencia) – 6.5 million
Valencia’s Jose Gaya is another solid choice for the defence this weekend. Gaya has 46 points this season.
Defender – Aissa Mandi (Real Betis) – 6.5 million
This is my first time to select Aissa Mandi. The Real Betis defender will be hoping to shut out Villarreal’s forward line. Mandi has 33 points this season.
Midfielder – Jony (Alaves) – 5.0 million
Another good cheap option. Jony has been impressive for Alaves this season. He has 46 points this season.
Midfielder – Sarabia (Sevilla) – 7.0 million
Once again, Sarabia makes the team. It’s hard to leave out Sevilla’s midfielder. He has 62 points this season.
Midfielder – Daniel Parejo (Valencia) – 8.5 million
Daniel Parejo has enjoyed a great season at Valencia up to now. He’ll be looking to push his team up towards the top four and a Champions League qualification place when they play Rayo Vallecano. Parejo has 56 points this season.
Midfielder- Gareth Bale (Real Madrid) – 11.0 million
Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale will be confident of a productive afternoon at home to Eibar in a game his team really should be winning. Bale has 46 points this season.
Forward – Lionel Messi (Barcelona) – 20.0 million
On Tuesday night, Lionel Messi came off the bench to change the game in Barcelona’s 4-4 draw at Villarreal. He’ll be chomping at the bit to get started against Atletico Madrid on Saturday. Messi has 143 points this season.
Forward – Karim Benzema (Real Madrid) – 10.0 million
Karim Benzema is looking to rediscover his form under Zinedine Zidane at the Bernabeu. This weekend, at home to Eibar, he has another chance to get among the goals. He has 65 points this season.
