Napoli: Allan is set to return after missing one due to back pain. Mario Rui is back to the squad list.
Inter: Radja Nainggolan has been suspended by the team for disciplinary reasons. Joao Miranda is out again due to muscle fatigue.
Lazio: Ciro Immobile and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic are fatigued and might sit initially. Luis Alberto subbed off against Cagliari, but just for cramps. Milan Badelj is iffy with a muscular problem. Valon Berisha and Riza Durmisi will not be available.
Milan: Fabio Borini and Andrea Bertolacci will be on the mend again due to a sprained ankle and sore thigh tendons respectively. Suso has been ruled out with a last-minute muscular issue.
Sampdoria: Edgar Barreto and Bartosz Bereszynski will skip another one due to thigh injuries.
Fiorentina: no concerns for Stefano Pioli.
Sassuolo: Alfred Duncan missed the last one and will remain on the shelf, but his injury is not believed to be major. Rogerio is suspended. No updates as far as their long-term term injured players go.
Atalanta: José-Luis Palomino and Rafael Toloi are suspended. Marten De Roon had to be subbed off versus Genoa due to a blow to the lower leg and will not recover for Wednesday.
Roma: Stephan El Shaarawy is back in the squad list after spending time on the sidelines with a thigh strain, while Lorenzo Pellegrini (thigh) and Daniele De Rossi (knee cartilage) are will skip another one.
Torino: Salvatore Sirigu remains out with a bruised back, Koffi Djidji has been ruled out late.
Parma: Bruno Alves is suspended, while Antonino Barillà is fatigued, but called up. Federico Dimarco could make his return to the squad list. Antonino Di Gaudio has been ruled out for physical problems.
Genoa: Gianluca Lapadula, Koray Gunter and Luca Mazzitelli are again out with the ailments that forced them to miss time recently. Pedro Pereira has a sore ankle, but he made the cut.
Cagliari: Leonardo Pavoletti is available after missing time with a thigh pull. Ragnar Klavan will miss the game due to muscle fatigue.
Empoli: no problems for Giuseppe Iachini.
SPAL: Jasmin Kurtic is suspended, while Johan Djourou has a groin issue and will be out on Wednesday. Simone Missiroli has a sore thigh, but he could be back.
Udinese: Valon Behrami is suspended.
Bologna: Andrea Poli (toenail infection) and Erick Pulgar (calf strain) are both expected to play on Wednesday. Diego Falcinelli has the flu.
Frosinone: Marco Capuano was out with the flu in the weekend and he was unable to shake it off.
Chievo: Fabrizio Cacciatore has not recovered from yet another calf injury in time, while Manuel Pucciarelli is still dealing with a knee soreness. Valter Birsa has been ruled out with a foot problem.
