Milan: Ante Rebic won the appeal and will be eligible to play and he is past his recent hip problem. Rafael Leao and Mario Mandzukic will instead remain sidelined due to thigh strains. Brahim Diaz picked up a foot/ankle knock with Spain U-21 and is iffy. Alessio Romagnoli (calf strain) and Davide Calabria (meniscus tear) will skip a couple more matches.

Napoli: Kalidou Koulibaly is banned. Dries Mertens had a small scare with Belgium but his shoulder is okay. David Ospina suffered a hand injury but is available.
Parma: Giuseppe Pezzella is suspended. Gervinho and Andreas Cornelius are expected back after thigh issues. Lautaro Valenti is poised to remain on the shelf. Joshua Zirkzee suffered a major LCL sprain and is likely done for the season. Juan Brunetta picked up thigh tendinopathy with his national team. Simone Iacoponi (knee osteochondrosis) and Roberto Inglese (ankle soreness) need more time. Yann Karamoh and Simoh Sohm are both out with ankle sprains. Andrea Conti is questionable with muscle fatigue.

Spezia: Ivan Provedel and Nahuel Estevez no longer have COVID but only the former has been called up. Juan Ramos is going through the protocol.
