There is a huge amount at stake at both ends of the Premier League table this weekend and we take a look at five midfielders who may well be in among the points. Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace, Eden Hazard from Chelsea, Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling of Manchester City and Liverpool midfielder Roberto Firmino all come under closer scrutiny.

Wilfried Zaha – Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace looked to be down and out just a couple of months ago. However, their recovery has been incredible and a win this weekend would see them reach 41 points and a guarantee of Premier League football next season. They face Burnley at home on Saturday and with Burnley still having to win away from home, Palace should have enough to take three points here. Wilfried Zaha has been instrumental from midfield with 6 goals, 9 assists and 6 clean sheets. His price/performance ratio is an incredible 23.0 and he can be in your team for a bargain 2M.

Eden Hazard – Chelsea

Chelsea face a tricky trip to Goodison Park this weekend to face an Everton side, who, on their day, can match any team in the Premier League. Eden Hazard is having an incredible season and has racked up a total of 90 points. He has scored 15, assisted 5 and kept 15 clean sheets and is 2nd top of the tables for midfield players. He is valued at 12M and his price/performance ratio is 7.8.

Kevin De Bruyne – Manchester City

Manchester City will be keen to finish in the top 4 and with an away match against a terrible Middlesbrough side this weekend, it’s hard to see them slip up here. Kevin De Bruyne has started 28 matches this season and has racked up a total of 56 points. He has scored just 4 goals, but with 13 assists and 10 clean sheets, he could be a valuable addition this weekend. He is valued at 11.5M and his price/performance ratio is 5.0.

Raheem Sterling – Manchester City

Manchester City should have far too much quality for Middlesbrough and we will stick with them for our 4th midfielder. Raheem Sterling has 6 goals and 6 assists and he will be keen to add to that total. He can be in your side for 8.5M and his price/performance ratio is 5.9.

Roberto Firmino – Liverpool

Liverpool have a trip to Watford and will be looking for 3 points that keeps them in with a chance of a top 4 finish. Roberto Firmino is in grat form at the moment and he has 11 goals, 6 assists and 8 clean sheets and is valued at 9.5M.
