A preview of this weekend’s EPL action

There are some great games to look forward to in the English Premier League this weekend.

Here’s a brief preview of all ten EPL fixtures over the coming days.

Southampton v Manchester United

Key men: Ings (Southampton); Rashford (Manchester United)

Prediction: Southampton 2 – 1 Manchester United

Something of a surprise a could be on the cards at St Mary’s in the early game on Saturday. Manchester United look like they could be in for another tough season and Southampton could make things worse for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men.

West Ham United v Norwich City

Key men: Anderson (West Ham); Pukki (Norwich)

Prediction: West Ham 2 – 2 Norwich City

Should be plenty of goals here and I think Norwich will have enough about them to take at least a point from the game.

Leicester City v Bournemouth

Key men: Vardy (Leicester); Harry Wilson (Bournemouth)

Prediction: Leicester 2 – 2 Bournemouth

Bournemouth’s games are always a good bet for a few goals and this weekend’s trip to Leicester shouldn’t be any different.

Manchester City v Brighton

Key men: De Bruyne (Manchester City); Trossard (Brighton)

Prediction: Manchester City 5 – 1 Brighton

Should be a comfortable home win for City. Expect a big winning margin, too.

Newcastle United v Watford

Key men: Almiron (Newcastle); Deulofeu (Watford)

Prediction: Newcastle 1 – 1 Watford

Newcastle shocked us all with a great win at Spurs last weekend. They might have to settle for a draw at home to Watford as Javi Gracia’s side will be battling hard for their first points of the season.

Chelsea v Sheffield United

Key men: Mount (Chelsea); McGoldrick (Sheffield United)

Prediction: Chelsea 3 – 1 Sheffield United

Chelsea seem to be finding a little bit of form and should be strong enough to see off their newly-promoted opponents at Stamford Bridge.

Crystal Palace v Aston Villa

Key men: Zaha (Crystal Palace); McGinn (Aston Villa)

Prediction: Crystal Palace 1 – 1 Aston Villa

Dean Smith’s Villa were impressive in last week’s 2-0 home win against Everton. They can definitely get at least a draw at Selhurst Park.

Burnley v Liverpool

Key men: Barnes (Burnley); Salah (Liverpool)

Prediction: Burnley 0 – 2 Liverpool

A tough game but one that Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool should come out on top in.

Everton v Wolves

Key men: Sigurdsson (Everton); Neves (Wolves)

Prediction: Everton 1 – 1 Wolves

Quite possibly a fourth consecutive Premier League draw in store for Wolves.

Arsenal v Spurs

Key men: Aubameyang (Arsenal); Kane (Spurs)

Prediction: Arsenal 2 – 1 Spurs

Spurs are struggling and this game could make things a whole lot worse for them, which I think it will as Arsenal should win.
