The regular La Liga season will enter into game week 33 this season. This week is a special one in La Liga as El Classico will take place at Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday night.
Real Madrid appear favourites to lift the title, and a win at Bernabeu on Sunday will more or less seal their league triumph.
In other key fixtures this week, Atletico Madrid will travel to Espanyol while Villarreal have a home tie against lowly Leganes.
Out list, as usual, doesn’t contain any players from the top two clubs and comprises of players from only Atletico Madrid and Villarreal. Let’s take a look.
1. Filipe Luis – Atletico Madrid
The Brazilian has kept his top spot from the last week. He has, in fact, built quite a lead at the top on the back of his performance in the 3-0 win against Osasuna last week. He scored a goal and provided an assist to pick up 11 points and currently has a total of 87 points on the board. He is also not overly expensive in the market and could be purchased at 7.5m. He has kept 15 clean sheets in 29 starts. On the offensive front, he has scored three goals and provided five assists.

2. Diego Godin – Atletico Madrid
Godin is quite behind his teammate at 71 points. He is also considerably expensive at 10m in the transfer market. The Uruguay international has helped with 15 clean sheets in 28 appearances and has also contributed with three goals.

3. Mario Gaspar – Villarreal
Villarreal have faded away as the season has progressed and this reflects in this list. The Yellow Submarines have only one representative left in this left, and he occupies the third lost. Gaspar, available at 7.5m in the transfer market, has managed 62 points so far this season. In 31 appearances, he has been a part of 14 clean sheets and has also provided three assists.

4. Stefan Savic – Atletico Madrid
The Montenegrin has missed out on some games this season and has made only 25 starts. However, he has done enough to make it to our list. He is available for 7m on the market and has 59 points to show for his efforts. He has been a part of 14 clean sheets and has provided a solitary assist.
P/P Ratio: 9.1
5. Juan F Torres – Atletico Madrid
Juanfran has made his way back into our list this week. He is quite expensive at 9m but has a decent total of 55 points. He has managed only 21 starts this season and has picked up 12 clean sheets.
