Real Madrid continued their fine start to life under their new manager Julen Lopetegui with a 4-1 win at Girona on Sunday.
Los Blancos had lost the corresponding fixture 2-1 last season, and many saw them struggling against the Catalonian club once again. The hosts even took an early lead through Borja Garcia in the 16th-minute of the game. However, Real managed to equalize through a Sergio Ramos-penalty in the first half. Newly-appointed Nice manager Patrick Vieira has endured a terrible start to life in his new job in Ligue 1. Three games into the new season, Nice have picked up a solitary point and they currently sit 18th in the table. In the process, Nice have managed to score only one goal while they have managed to concede six goals.
