Atalanta: Hans Hateboer is suspended, while Josip Ilicic again was left out to work on his conditioning.
Bologna: Mitchell Dijks is disqualified, Jerdy Schouten (thigh) remains sidelined.
Brescia: Nikolas Spalek is out due to yellow-card accumulation, Simon Skrabb is questionable with a bruised ankle. Jesse Joronen returned in the last game. Time is running out for Andrea Cistana.
Cagliari: Andrea Carboni was sent off in the past game. Christian Oliva and Luca Pellegrini are nursing ankle sprains and have slim chances to return. Radja Nainggolan has already been ruled out for all the remaining matches.
Fiorentina: Dalbert seems to have solved his calf problem, while Barlomiej Dragowski keeps rehabbing a back issue.
Genoa: Stefano Sturaro started in the past game but subbed off almost right away. No hiccups instead for Cristian Romero. Francesco Cassata has missed some time with an undisclosed issue as well.
Inter: Matias Vecino will undergo surgery to fix a torn meniscus and he will have to rehab for a month. Stefano Sensi is the only other absentee.
Juventus: Leonardo Bonucci is suspended. Gonzalo Higuain was a late scratch against Lazio due to a back issue, while Paulo Dybala played through it. Giorgio Chiellini is out with a sore calf, Mattia De Sciglio is finishing off his recovery from a thigh strain.
Lazio: Luis Alberto, Adam Marusic, Jony and even Joaquin Correa have a decent chance of coming back from their physical problems. Lucas Leiva remains on the shelf.
Lecce: Jacopo Petriccione is disqualified. Khouma Babacar and Diego Farias are banged up and unavailable. Marco Calderoni is unlikely to play after a contracture.
Milan: Samu Castillejo and Leo Duarte will miss another one with their thigh problems.
Napoli: Dries Mertens bowed out after a contusion on the gluteus but the issue is not severe. Arkadiusz Milik is suspended. Amin Younes and Fernando Llorente are iffy.
Parma: Riccardo Gagliolo picked up a pull in one of the hip muscles, while Bruno Alves is dealing with a bruise in the same region. Juraj Kucka skipped two with fatigue. Matteo Scozzarella (calf) and Andreas Cornelius (thigh) might not be back due to strains. Hernani has been ruled out with a last-minute injury.
Roma: Nicolò Zaniolo sat out the last one due to a calf issue, but might return to the squad list in short order. Roger Ibanez is being evaluated for a potential thigh injury. Federico Fazio (ankle), Antonio Mirante (calf), Juan Jesus (hip) and Davide Santon (calf) are questionable.
Sampdoria: Lorenzo Tonelli made the squad list in the previous round so the only absentee is Ronaldo Vieira, but he should be back soon.
Sassuolo: Gian Marco Ferrari is supended, Pedro Obiang and Gregoire Defrel are recovering from thigh strains. Vlad Chiriches has been ruled out due to a calf pull.
SPAL: Mattia Valoti and Lucas Castro are out with fatigue, Ervin Zukanovic with a bum ankle and Sergio Floccari because of a wound. Mo Fares is in the squad list, but he was unavailable in the past game.
Torino: Sasa Lukic is suspended. Armando Izzo tweaked his knee: the tests ruled out significant damage but he will miss at least one game. Lyanco has a hand injury but could gut it out.
Udinese: Mato Jajalo suffered a MCL sprain and he is done given the limited amount of time left, while Lukas Teodorczyk came away with a simple sprain, so he could be able to return. Walace left the last game with a bruised shoulder.
Verona: Sofyan Amrabat is out with yellow-card accumulation. Giampaolo Pazzini, Salvatore Bocchetti and Pawel Dawidowicz have missed some time with minor injuries.
