Vlad Chiriches is out with a hamstring strain, Faouzi Ghoulam with a fractured fibula. Arek Milik should make the squad list this time.

No improvements compared to the last game: Mattia De Sciglio (hamstring), Federico Bernardeschi (knee) and Juan Cuadrado are all out for a little longer. Mario Mandzukic has suffered a last-minute muscular injury and is likely to miss the game.

Lazio: Adam Marusic is suspended for two games and Martin Caceres is out with some muscular problems.

Inter: Miranda  has recovered, Mauro Icardi was called up last week even though he was unused. Borja Valero practiced partially for a small muscular problem and he is danger of missing the derby.

Roma: Lorenzo Pellegrini suffered a hamstring pull in the Milan game, but he has practiced fully on Thursday and he could be available on Saturday. Radja Nainggolan had oral surgery this week, but he should be able to play through it. Maxime Gonalons and Jonathan Silva have recovered as well, so the only remaining injured player is Rick Karsdorp.

Sampdoria: Gaston Ramirez rolled an ankle in the last game and he is unlikely to heal in time. Bartosz Bereszynski will miss a game or two with adductor tendinopathy, while Jacopo Sala and Valerio Verre are poised to recover from a sore ankle and pulled calves respectively.

Milan: no issues as far as the starters go for the Rossoneri, but Mateo Musacchio and Luca Antonelli are dealing with some small injuries and might not be in the squad list. Andrea Conti continues to work his way back from an ACL tear.

Atalanta: Andrea Petagna has suffered an abdominal strain, which is not an overly serious injury, but it could force him to sit out on Sunday. Luca Rizzo has returned from a hamstring strain.

Torino: Tomas Rincon suffered a knock on the ankle in the last game, but he is trying to make a quick recovery. Nicolas Burdisso is suspended, so Walter Mazzarri will be short-handed in the back, because Lyanco has will undergo tests for another foot problem and Kevin Bonifazi is questionable as well. Cristian Molinaro will need a month to return from a fibula fracture.

Fiorentina: Diego Falcinelli tweaked an ankle last week, but the injury is not considered severe.

Udinese: Stryger Larsen is suspended, while Danilo suffered a thigh strain that will keep him out for about 20 days. Valon Behrami and Emil Hallfredsson are available after muscular ailments, but Kevin Lasagna remains out.

Bologna: Andrea Poli had to be replaced last week because of a calf problem, but he avoided a strain and might be ready for Saturday. Rodrigo Palacio is unavailable due to a quad injury.

Genoa: Giuseppe Rossi and Miguel Veloso are getting closer, but they are not yet available. Adel Taarabt is still hampered by a back ailmente and Armando Izzo is nursing an MCL sprain.

Cagliari: Luca Cigarini is rehabbing a foot fracture that will keep him on the shelf for about two more weeks, Diego Farias has a sore calf and Fabio Pisacane a wounded knee, so they could be sidelined for one more game.

Chievo:  Emanuele Giaccherini recovered surprisingly quickly from a hamstring strain caused by a knock, but, on the other hand, Roberto Inglese is dealing with a sore knee, the same one that kept him for a while last month. However, he could be available on Sunday. Alessandro Gamberini is out with a muscular problem.

Sassuolo: Matteo Politano had to be replaced last week, but he is good to go. Domenico Berardi is suspended. Alessandro Matri and Simone Missiroli practiced partially this week, but they might make it in time.

Crotone: a full-fledged injury crisis for the Sharks. Alex Cordaz has a sore Achilles tendon and his backup Marco Festa is hurt as well. Andrea Barberis tweaked an ankle, Federico Ricci, Marcus Rohden, Ahmad Benali and Stefan Simic are banged up as well: Ricci is the more likely to recover. Adrian Stoian is out with a calf strain, Marco Tumminello with an ACL tear. Simic and Rohden have been ruled out in advance.

Spal: Marco Borriello continues to work to shake off a calf edema, but he is again questionable. Pasquale Schiattarella is suspended. Bartosz Salamon is out with a sore ankle.

Verona: Marcel Buchel could make a quick recovery from what looked like a serious injury, but last week’s goal-scorer Mattia Valoti went down with calf pull that will likely force him to sit out. Romulo is disqualified.

Benevento: Sandro suffered a calf strain that could keep him on the shelf for up to a month. The club disclosed that Marco D’Alessandro has been nursing a MCL sprain for three weeks now and he could need a little more time. Nicolas Viola is suspended.
