Serie A Fantasy Preview and Predictions – Round 25 – Makeup Games

Serie A resumes with a soft relaunch that features the matches that were postponed in March.

The coach has been working on ways to fix that and might go with a more aggressive scheme this time around, with the Rooster and Simone Zaza together and Alex Berenguer and Simone Edera on the flanks, since Simone Verdi will be out for a while. They also lost Daniele Baselli, another substantial blow, and Cristian Ansaldi, one of their biggest playmakers, is not totally right. Besides the spry Berenguer (five goals so far), it is a wait-and-see approach. Continue reading

After 11 winless round, Cagliari’s management took for the usual route to try to stop the bleeding, a coaching change, as they axed coach Rolando Maran, despite the incredible start that had put them in contention for a Europa League in the first half of the season, and hired Walter Zenga. Even if they clawed back multiple times versus the Giallorossi, that was the final straw for Maran’s tenure, who finished 15th last season. Continue reading
